Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY (Updated Version)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.
Before submitting a return request, please ensure that the products meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all labels, safety seals, and protective films intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Opened, used, incomplete, or altered items cannot be accepted for return.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Once your return has been authorised, the parcel must be handed to your chosen courier within 14 days.
Please use a courier of your choice to return your items and ensure that they are securely packaged in the original unopened box. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 working days.
You will be responsible for any return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee (Non-Statutory Returns Only)
A 5% restocking fee may be applied to non-statutory returns, such as returns made outside the 14-day cancellation period or returns accepted at our discretion beyond your legal rights.
No restocking fee will be applied to statutory cancellations submitted within the required legal timeframe.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can investigate and assist you promptly.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows you additional protections if a product is inherently faulty.
