Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy.

Please note - We only delivery within the UK.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service, once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you tracking details, via email or telephone number left on order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Royal Mail will not accept a parcel has gone missing until 14 working days has past, please bear with us whilst we deal with any delayed/missing orders.
